Abstract

The improvement of the hospitality industry was noticeable, along with the handling of the COVID-19 pandemic and the loosening of PPKM (Enforcement of Public Activity Restrictions). This condition was indicated by the rise in star hotels occupancy rate and the increase in the average length of stay. Thus, the tourism sector is optimistic to bounce back.
