Abstract

he tourism sector is one of the sectors that has been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. It has been a year since the beginning of the pandemic in Indonesia and the number of international tourist is slowly showing a positive trend. This was indicated by the increace in number of international tourists visiting Jakarta in April 2021.

International tourist arrivals who visited Jakarta in April 2021 reached 15,539 arrivals. Compared to April 2020, the number of international tourists to Jakarta has skyrocketed by 3,463.99 percent. In April 2020, international tourists were only 436 arrivals due to travel restrictions at the beginning of the pandemic.
