Abstract

In May 2021, coincided with the celebration of Eid Al-Fitr, the prices of various goods and services in the Capital City have increased. As the economic activities began to recover in the second year of the pandemic, people enthusiasm in spending to celebrate Eid has increased. As a result, the demand for commodities needed to support Eid, such as food, clothing, footwear, and transportation, have soared, which led to an increase in Jakarta inflation.
